Digilogic’s Fire Control System combines image acquisition and image processing with the closed-loop control system. From the field of view (FOW), an image will be captured by a camera link camera, processing will be done on the image using various techniques like filters, detection, etc., and control signals to the pointing system will be generated based on the results from the image processing. This system functions as a headless real-time system.
